The White Stone Baptist Church (WSBC) Food Pantry recently received a $2,000 grant from the Catholic Diocese of Arlington Rice Bowl. The Diocese supports charities that help clients with food insecurities including food pantries, food banks and feeding stations.
WSBC food pantry has received grants in the past from the Rice Bowl, reported Roger Donaldson. The food pantry has been in operation for 18 years, beginning with the help of Susan Martin and Nancy Cannon.
