The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society (LVHS) will host an online program, “Black Voices: Memories of Men at Work in the Lower Northern Neck in the mid-1900s” at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 13, as part of its Zooming In On Local History Virtual Speaker Series.
