CRANSTON, R.I.—Andre’ Monel Veney-Locus died September 17, 2018.
Andre’ was born May 30, 1968, at Medical College of Virginia. As an infant with his mother, Madelyn R. Taylor Veney, and his brothers, the family relocated to Newark, N.J.
He was adopted by Rosalie Locus and upon her death was cared for by his younger brother, Gulie Glendel.
Andre’ is pre-deceased by his adopted mother; Rosalie Locus; his grandparents, Gulie W. Taylor and Louise S. Taylor; and brothers, Dale Ricardo Veney and Mario Rochelle Veney.
He is survived by his mother, Madelyn R. Veney; brothers, Reynaldo (Lavetta) Veney, and Fernando (Sherry) Veney of Virginia, and Gulie Glendel of Cranston; and sister Tanya of Newark.
A funeral was held September 23 at Campbell Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment followed at Calvary Baptist Church, Kilmarnock.
