The public is invited to view and buy exquisite quilts and other quilted items on Saturday, April 20, at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
The Tavern Quilt Guild’s annual Show and Sale will take place from 9 a.m-4 p.m., as part of the Heathsville Farmers Market and “Make It a Heathsville Saturday.”
Tavern Quilt Guild members have created a number of specialty quilts for this event, designed to showcase their artistry in needle and thread, said market manager Corinne Becker. Many items also will be for sale.
