KILMARNOCK—Mildred Clingan Shelton, 80, of Kilmarnock died on July 31, 2022. She was a retired bookkeeper.
Surviving are her husband of 40 years, Louis D. Shelton; a son, Billy Harcum “Jenny” of Hilton Head, S.C.; a daughter, Karen Zongolowicz of Chesapeake; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be private.
