Two boats destroyed by fire early Tuesday

WINDMILL POINT—No one was injured but two boats were destroyed in a late-night fire at Windmill Point Marina this week.

According to White Stone Volunteer Fire Department (WSVFD) Chief Dan Sanders, the department responded, along with Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department and the Kilmarnock-Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad, to a call at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, at the marina, 40 Windjammer Lane, White Stone.
