Northumberland County County Circuit Court

HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

 A hearing in which Delonte M. Johnson of Newport News and of Farnham petitioned the court to be allowed driving privileges after previously pleading guilty to felony sale/distribution of marijuana and felony possession with intent was concluded. A resolved order is pending.

 Durell H. Cottrell of Heathsville entered a plea of nolo contendere to felony carrying a concealed weapon, second offense, and felony possession of a Schedule I/II substance. A deferred disposition hearing was scheduled for July 5, 2022.
