LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
William M. Noel, no address given, charged with a felony for distributing a Schedule I/II substance, third-plus offense, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of selling a Schedule I/II substance. Noel was sentenced to 10 years, with seven years and six months suspended, and five years probation upon release.
Noel also was charged with an additional felony for selling a Schedule I/II substance and that charge was nolle prossed.
