Ready for a hauntingly good time in Kilmarnock? It’s time for Kilmarnock Kandy for Kids, a safe trick or treating event with the merchants of Kilmarnock, brought to the community’s children by Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce.
The event will be held from 4-6 p.m. October 27.
