LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 11, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Joseph S. Callahan of Weems, charged with eight felonies including one count of larceny, two counts of grand larceny, one count of breaking into a storage vehicle, one count of fire arm larceny, one count of being a nonviolent felon possessing a gun, one count of entering a structure to commit assault and battery, and destruction of property, was continued to February 15.
