HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 19 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Jared Renton of Heathsville, charged with violating his probation on a felony offense, was carried over to April 2.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case of Jordan J. China, of Heathsville, charged with two felonies including one count for selling intimidation-controlled substances and one count for manufacturing controlled substances.
