HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 25, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
A review of the case of Kirk L. Lamkin of Burgess, charged with two misdemeanors including one count of contempt of court and one count of violating his probation on a misdemeanor offense, was continued to September 24.
Bond was revoked in the case of Charles A. Johnson of Haynesville, charged with one felony for the manufacture of a controlled substance. Johnson’s trial is scheduled for September 17.
