LANCASTER—The Lancaster board of supervisors on Thursday, June 27, adopted a resolution recognizing Dr. Elizabeth “Sissy” Crowther for her dedicated years of service to Rappahannock Community College (RCC) and Lancaster County.
Board chairman Jason Bellows noted her work in growing RCC’s Educational Foundation and scholarships as well as the development of RCC’s satellite site in Kilmarnock which has “contributed greatly in developing an educated local workforce.”
