IRVINGTON—With no comments from the public and a second reading of the resolution, the Irvington planning commission on December 3 voted 5-0 to recommend that the town council approve a conditional use permit for the building of a dock on Carter Creek.
Julie Harris, Tom Chapman, Steve Kimmeth, Lee Hood Capps and Cary Schneider voted in favor of the measure. Albert “Tripp” Bugg was absent.
The commission action came following a joint public hearing held with town council. The council took no action and adjourned after closing the hearing.
