Lancaster came home with three gold medals from last week’s Class 1A/2A Regional Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Arthur Ashe Athletic Center in Richmond and will send four to the state races.
Sophomore Hailey Smith was the region champion in both the 500 and 1600 meter runs and Tanashia Henderson cleared her season best 5’2” to win the regional championship in the high jump.
