LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Jordan A. Segar of Heathsville was arraigned on two charges of felony probation violations and one misdemeanor probation violation. An attorney was appointed and a trial is to be set September 4.
