Lancaster County Circuit Court Report

LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 12, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Molly J. Kane of Lancaster, charged with a felony for selling cocaine, Kane waived the right to a jury trial and a bench trial was set for June 4.

In the case of Shaquantae T. Mitchell of White Stone, appealing a General District Court conviction of misdemeanor shoplifting, Mitchell pleaded no contest to the charge. The judge entered a deferred disposition, as Mitchell was a first offender, and a hearing was scheduled for September 17.

In the case of Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with two felonies for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a bench trail was set for April 16.

In the case of Bryan L. Pratz Jr. of Lancaster, charged with burglary but found not guilty by reason of insanity in January 2020, a review hearing was scheduled March 11, 2022.
