Historic Christ Church & Museum (HCC&M) is conducting the Northern Neck History Fair. Competition is open to fourth grade students at Lancaster Middle School and Northumberland Elementary, third-grade students at Chesapeake Academy and fourth grade homeschoolers from Lancaster and Northumberland.
