LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 17, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Curt Dowdy of Farnham was arraigned on a felony charge of violating probation. A hearing to appoint counsel was scheduled for July 22.
Larry W. Hearn Jr. of Weems was arraigned on five felonies and two misdemeanors for failing to comply with pretrial conditions; five felonies and two misdemeanors for failing to appear; a felony for receiving/buying stolen goods; and a felony for intent to sell/distribute stolen property. A trial was scheduled for September 16.
