Northern Neck Electric Cooperative (NNEC) is now accepting applications for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s 2023 Youth Tour program June 19-23 in Washington, D.C.
Youth Tour is an exclusive leadership experience that includes meeting members of Congress and visiting the U.S. Capitol Visitor’s Center, the Capitol, memorials, museums and historic sites.
