Organizers of a benefit for 4-year-old Emma Davis on Saturday, January 28, reported a successful event.
Hundreds of friends, family members and complete strangers gathered throughout the afternoon and into the evening at General’s Ridge Vineyard near Hague to enjoy food, wine, music, dancing, raffles and friendship to support Emma.
Following the distribution of numerous raffle baskets, Emma’s mother, Whitney Davis, thanked the many businesses, restaurants and individuals throughout the Northern Neck and nearby who contributed items, helped with the event, attended the festivities and supported Emma, the granddaughter of GRV tasting room associate Denise Sanders.
Among the popular raffle items was an Arctic cooler complete with a 12-pack of Northern Neck Ginger Ale….
