LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for violating probation, an arraignment and hearing to appoint counsel was continued to October 27 as Rosner is a fugitive.
In the case of Markeese O. Broughton of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for September 8.
In the case of Joseph C. Tilden of Norfolk, charged with two misdemeanors for failing to appear, an arraignment was scheduled for October 27 as Tilden is a fugitive.
In the case of Donald D. Vaughan, no address given, charged with four felony counts of violating probation, the arraignment was continued until October 27.
