Photographer with vast collection of landmark photos will speak at historical society meeting Oct. 22

The Northumberland County Historical Society will hold its annual fall meeting at 2:30 p.m. October 22 at the Ball Memorial Library and Museum, 86 Back Street, Heathsville. 

Members and the public are invited to the first-floor meeting room for a presentation by Michael Wade, who has made it his mission to preserve history by photographing the rapidly disappearing landmarks in Virginia, reported Richard Covington.
