
Westmoreland swept Lancaster, 3-0, last week while the Lady Devils celebrated their annual Dig Pink breast cancer awareness fundraiser.
Along with volleyball matches, the event included a walk of honor, bake sale, food sale and raffles. The event is held annually by high schools and colleges across the nation to benefit the Side-Out Foundation.
Westmoreland beat the Devils, 25-21, 25-16 and 25-23 with Emily Carlson leading Lancaster at the net with nine kills and a block. She also added two digs and an ace. Jocelyn Hasson had six kills and three digs and Tahlia Sutton had four kills and five blocks.
Braelyn Johnson had three kills and two aces. Ayla Saunders and Lily Hathaway also had two aces each and Belle Bean had an ace. Rory Lally had two kills.
