The Lancaster High School athletic booster club is active again and members are preparing for a major fundraiser.
Tickets are on sale for the LHS Athletics Auction/Dinner at 6 p.m. March 16 at LHS, 8815 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster. Tickets are $20 each and include a catered dinner by The River Market in White Stone.
According to booster club treasurer Sarah Beth Pittman, the event will include both a silent and live auction with auctioneer Brad Smith of Big Red Auctions. Some of the auction items include a Washington Commanders football autographed by former players Brian Mitchell and Kurt Gouveia; four field box seat tickets to a Baltimore Orioles baseball game; old LHS football helmets; grooming services for golden retrievers; Virginia Tech autographed footballs….
