The Northumberland County Community Center Organization (NCCCO) recently announced two upcoming fundraising events.
An Outdoor Summer Jam will be held from 6-11 p.m. August 30 at the Northumberland County Community Center (NCCC), 679 Browns Store Road, Heathsville, reported vice president Phyllis Nickens.
The fee is $10 per person. Guests are reminded to bring their own bottle, yard chairs, tents, coolers and tables for a good time. Music will be provided by DJ Master Mix and an open mic will be available for musicians who want to sing or rap during intermissions, said Nickens.
Vendors and food trucks are welcome for a fee….
