Rappahannock took home both team trophies of the Northern Neck District boys and girls cross country meets.
However, Lancaster senior Josh Woolard finished ahead of the pack as the individual medalist in the boys race.
Woolard was almost a minute faster than runner-up Keegan Orem of Rappahannock. Woolard ran the 3.1 mile race in 18:28 on his home course at Hills Quarter near Kilmarnock. Orem led Rappahannock, which had all five of its scorers place in the top seven. Orem ran the race in 19:33.
The Raiders scored a team low 20 points for the district championship, while Lancaster was the team runner-up with 39….
