Activities in Reedville Saturday were capped off by the lighting of this Reedville Fishermen’s Museum’s crab basket Christmas tree featuring approximately 100 bushel baskets painted by area artists and residents. Santa arrived earlier, bringing some North Pole chill with him. Despite the cold temperatures, excited children showed up for a busy morning of Christmas activities. After leaving the Elva C., Santa stopped by the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum to see the trains running along with the Polar Express conductor and Buddy the Elf. He then headed to Bethany United Methodist Church for a pancake breakfast, pictures and plenty of Christmas wishes. Photo by Jackie Nunnery
