Red Devils wrestlers dominate Lancaster Quad

The Red Devils dominated at home last week, beating Northumberland, Richmond County and King William to go 3-0 in the Lancaster Quad. LHS had five wrestlers go unbeaten at 3-0 with two pins each.

“Our wrestlers showed a lot of enthusiasm wrestling in front of their home crowd and they got especially pumped up for King William,” said coach Craig Oren. “[Steven] Pacheco was especially electric with quick pins and great poise at 113. And despite him going 0-3 at 126, the coaches were incredibly proud of Gage Smith who wrestled valiantly in his losses.”

Pacheco, 120, Isaac Hernandez, 126, Nathan Meberg, 144, River Diaz, 150, and Logan Laws, 165 each went unbeaten with two pins apiece. Ashby Russell, 138, also went 3-0 with….
