Virginia State Parks will offer a variety of music events this summer including bluegrass, jazz, gospel, country, rock and roll, symphony and contemporary. Parks host a variety of music throughout the year so there is something that everyone can enjoy.
These events are a great way to get outdoors and relax or dance while enjoying rhythmic music, reported Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation public relations and marketing specialist Kim Wells. Folks are reminded to bring a blanket or chair and find the perfect spot to experience the melodic sounds from a diverse group of artists.
