WHITE STONE—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) recently announced overnight traffic delays on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge related to an ongoing maintenance project.
Starting Thursday, July 24, through Saturday, July 26, a portion of the bridge over the Rappahannock River will be reduced to a single travel lane between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., and on Friday night through Saturday morning between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m., reported VDOT Fredericksburg District senior communications specialist Darragh Frye.
