Northern Neck Sail & Power Squadron (NNSPS) will sponsor a boat show and safety fair Saturday, May 28, from noon to 5 p.m. at Chesapeake Commons, 453C North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
The show will feature antique, classic and race boats on display along with boats from local dealers, said organizer Jim Ray.
The event also will include personal watercraft education and on-site vessel safety checks on trailered boats. Safety displays will be sponsored by Virginia Marine Resources Commission, Department of Wildlife Resources, U.S. Coast Guard, Kilmarnock-Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad and Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department.
