Comedy
“The Play That Goes Wrong” will continue at 8 p.m. March 15-16, and 3 p.m. March 17 at The Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone.
Tickets are $30. Purchase tickets at www.lancasterplayers.org, or call 435-3776. The Playhouse will open an hour before curtain for a social hour with cash bar.

Auction/dinner
Tickets are on sale for the LHS Athletics Auction/Dinner at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at LHS, 8815 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster. Tickets are $20 each and include a catered dinner by The River Market in White Stone.
The event, sponsored by the Lancaster High School Athletic Booster Club, will include both a silent and live auction, a “Fund an Item” auction and sideline chair sponsorship opportunities. To donate an auction item or purchase tickets to the dinner, call LHS at 462-5177.

On Stage
The Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts 2023-24 season will continue Saturday, March 16, with a Celtic Celebration featuring Irish folk singer Karan Casey, Celtic harpist Maeve Gilchrist and a Virginia Symphony Orchestra ensemble.
The program will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Elementary School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock. Admission is by season subscription, or $45. For tickets, visit rappahannockfoundation.org, or call 438-5555.

RCA concert
The Rappahannock Concert Association (RCA) 2024 Spring season will continue Saturday, March 16, with the Tamburitzans, a multicultural song and dance company. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Northumberland County School Complex, 201 Academic Lane, Heathsville.
Admission is by season subscription, or $25. Purchase tickets at rappahannockconcerts.org.

Flea Market
Northern Neck Partners for Pets will conduct a vintage Flea Market from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at the Fricke Pavilion, 790 Devils Bottom Road, Lancaster. Proceeds will support a no kill animal shelter.
Multiple vendors will offer vintage treasures, antiques, furniture, jewelry and birdhouses. 50/50 raffles will be held throughout the day for gift certificates. Market entry is by donation.

Crafting bee
Historyland Community Workshop (HCW) meets at 10 a.m. first and third Mondays at Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock. New members are welcome. The crafting group creates items to sell and raise money for higher education scholarships and libraries.

Potluck dinner
Bluff Point Community League will hold a potluck dinner on March 18 at 2595 Bluff Point Road, Kilmarnock. Social time will begin at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome, bring a dish to share.
Celeste Carmody is the after-dinner speaker. She is a recently retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the health and mental health field for 30 years, the last three years in the Northern Neck. She will talk about mental health awareness.

Gardening seminar
The Northern Neck Master Gardeners (NNMG) Association will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Gardening in the Northern Neck Seminar (GNN) on April 13. The seminar will be held at Lancaster Elementary School, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
The theme will be “Creating Outdoor Spaces—Defining Your Lifestyle.” The seminar fee is $50. Lunches will be available for an additional fee. Registration forms are available at www.nnmg.org.
