The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce recently announced three Lancaster County Public Schools leaders as the grand marshals for the 44th Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade: Jessica Davis, Joan Gravatt and Dan Russell.
Superintendent Davis, school board chairman Gravatt and former superintendent Russell have played integral roles in fulfilling the overall vision of new and improved buildings and resources for Lancaster County students, reported parade chairman Rich Ferraro. Most recently, they were at the forefront of unveiling the new Lancaster Elementary School.
