As one of the largest employers in the Northern Neck, and with virtually all ages of employees and customers, Compass Entertainment Complex decided early on that it was essential to encourage employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
“We felt it was important to do our part in encouraging eligible employees to get vaccinated,“ said general manager John Brabrand. “So offering a chance to win a Disney Cruise was an incentive to get the vaccination this summer.”
