Estelle B. Harding

MECHANICSVILLE—Estelle Belfield Harding, 97, of Mechanicsville, formerly of Senora, passed away on June 14, 2018.

She is survived by her children, Walter Wayne Harding (Tommie), Perry Christopher Harding (Sharon), Allie H. Harding III and Peggy Harding Williams (George); sister, Christine Naumann; brother, Monroe Belfield; five grandchildren, Walter Jr., Amber, Janice, David and George Harvey; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allie H. Harding Jr.; and siblings, Hilda Barnes, Doswell Marks, Vashti Courtney, W. D. Belfield and Georgie Belfield.

Mrs. Harding retired from Sears Roebuck & Company with more than 35 years of service. She was very active at Mechanicsville Presbyterian Church and New Hanover Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church, Weems. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements were handled by Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
