Fashion show benefitting The Haven Shelter & Services sells out

Area residents, retailers and fashionistas gathered Friday, May 3, at Compass Entertainment Complex for a fashion show to benefit The Haven Shelter & Services Inc. of Warsaw.

According to Compass sales and marketing manager Allie Hobbs, a grand total of $8,530 was raised.

The sold-out fashion show was a ticketed event for 84 guests. Area shops donated over $4,000 worth of gift cards, clothes, jewelry and other merchandise for a raffle, which was another large contributor to the total amount, said Hobbs.

The money raised on Friday will help fund activity at The Haven.
