MORATTICO—Frances Keeler Eldert, 90, passed away peacefully at home in Morattico on October 26, 2024. She was born to the late Ward and Helene Barnes Keeler on June 28, 1934.
Along with her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Eldert III; her son, William Eldert IV; and grandson, David Eldert.
Frances leaves behind her daughters, Terri Albright (Mike) and Donna Burns (Rod); son, Michael Eldert (Gayle); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Frances retired after 30 years of civil service with the U.S. Naval Base in Orlando, Fla.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of the Northern Neck.
Currie Funeral Home LLC of Kilmarnock handled the arrangements.
