Last Friday marked George Urban’s last day at George’s Barbershop, 230 South Main Street, Kilmarnock. Mayor Mae Umphlett dropped by with a framed proclamation declaring February 14, 2020, “George Urban Day.”
Urban had operated his Main Street barbershop since 1964.
