Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern has scheduled a four-day “Blacksmithing 101” workshop as part of their Spring Heritage Arts Series. Classes will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April 25 and 26, and May 2 and 3.
Taught by the members of the Tavern Blacksmith Guild, classes include all materials, reported manager Corinne Anthony Becker. The fee is $200. The workshop will take place in the Tavern Forge at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
