IRVINGTON—The Town of Irvington is nearing its capacity of 35 short-term rentals (STRs) after council approved two more conditional use permit (CUP) applications on Thursday, May 11.
Council authorized STRs for Heath Kindle at 277 Steamboat Road and Harding and Boyd LLC at 205 Steamboat Road. Prior to council action, several residents voiced opposition during the public comment period.
