John Vail presented Eagle Scout certificate

John Watson Vail was awarded his Eagle Scout certificate on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

Scoutmaster James Tadlock of Boy Scouts of America Troop 242 made the presentation to Vail in a short ceremony before parents Scott and Kimberly Vail. His actual Eagle rank was achieved in late 2019 but, because of the COVID-19 restrictions that evolved in early 2020, the ceremony was delayed until Vail was home for Christmas.
