KILMARNOCK—Kilmarnock Animal Hospital on Monday, March 18, was given a green light to proceed with plans to relocate to 853 Irvington Road.
MJD Holdings had applied for a permit to rezone the Irvington Road property, formerly the Northern Neck Eye Center, from limited commercial to general commercial.
The planning commission earlier recommended town council approve the rezoning, said zoning administrator Marshall Sebra. He also indicated it makes sense to approve the application.
