Kilmarnock Planning Commission urged to take leadership role in Crossroads Revitalization project

KILMARNOCK—Zoning Administrator Marshall Sebra on Monday, December 9, informed the planning commission of the status of the Crossroads Revitalization project and encouraged their involvement and participation in upcoming related meetings.

According to Sebra, Kilmarnock had applied for a planning grant several weeks ago to initiate a revitalization effort for the area of the town from Irvington Road through Augusta Street and to West Church Street. This area of interest includes the buildings tarnished in the fire of April 2022.
