HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, June 1, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Michael L. Blackwell of Heathsville pleaded guilty to grand larceny/theft of an automobile, was sentenced to indefinite supervision and ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution.
Probation was revoked during the sentencing of David T. Ercelino-Dodson of Weems, charged with two felony counts of probation violation. Ercelino-Dodson was sentenced to five years and eight months, with five years and six months suspended, and to indefinite supervision.
