LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 23, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felony probation violations, a hearing was continued until October 22, as Rosner is still a fugitive.
In the case of Terence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with felony for possession of a Schedule I/II substance and a felony for a probation violation, hearings were continued until October 22, as Clarke is a fugitive.
In the case of Paul A. Cockrell of White Stone, charged with a felony for selling Oxycodone and a felony for selling heroin, a trial was set for October 8.
