LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 27, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Stephen A. Redd of Lancaster, charged with violating pretrial conditions on a felony charge, bond was denied and a hearing scheduled for September 24.
In the case of Maria F. Thompson of Kilmarnock, charged with one felony and two misdemeanors for violating probation, a hearing was scheduled for September 24.
In the case of Hunter C. Williams of Reedville, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing was scheduled for September 17.
