LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 11, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Brian C. Luckham of Kilmarnock, charged with a felony for shoplifting, altering price, third offense; a felony for assault on a law enforcement officer; a misdemeanor for entering a property to damage; and a misdemeanor for failing to appear on a misdemeanor charge, a hearing to appoint counsel was continued to February 25.
In the case of Jacob M. Monday, charged with a felony for first-degree attempted murder; a felony for strangling with injury as a result; a felony for assault with malicious bodily injury to a law enforcement officer; a felony for a prisoner assault on an employee; two felonies for assault on a law enforcement officer; a felony for obstructing/resisting without force; a felony for prisoner escape; a felony for property damage to escape; a felony for prisoner in possession of a tool to aid escape; and a felony for prisoner in possession of a deadly weapon, arraignment was scheduled for February 25.
