LANCSTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 1, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with two felonies for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a status hearing was continued by defense motion until July 15.
Keith L. Beane Jr. of Lancaster was found guilty of three felony charges of failing to appear. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 15. Beane also was charged with a felony for violating probation on a felony offense. That charge was nolle prossed.
In the case of Kristina V. Brown of Heathsville, who previously gave an Alford plea on five felony charges of embezzlement over $200, the sentencing hearing was continued until June 17.
