LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 8, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of James W. Doak of Pasadena, Md., charged with two felonies for violating probation, the charges were dismissed.
Deonta D. Merrill of Lancaster was found guilty of a felony for violating probation and sentenced to four years and two months with three years and eight months suspended. Merrill also was charged with a felony for failing to appear and that charge was nolle prossed.
